I want to kick start my weight loss this week, so going to try some Body Magic. Don't do any exercise really, any ideas of interesting ways to get moving? Don't have money for gym, classes etc.Lost 38.5 lb with SW so far, 56LB to go!:A

The easiest and cheapest thing to do is put on a pair of training shoes and go walking. Start slowly and build it up.
If you have a swimming pool nearby then swimming is another option.
Lots of the girls here are doing various DVD programs and one of them might suit you.
Whatever you do break yourself in gently and build it up gradually. Remember to drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.Mediterranean Mum

Another fan of walking here. Two things I found made it easier or me were (a) to walk somewhere I'd go anyway and (b) to have other incentives. For example, if you walk to the shops instead of driving it doesn't take any real amount of time out of your day because you'd be going anyway, plus you save money on petrol and parking and don't have to find a parking space. I now walk to work a few days a week and yes, it takes a bit longer than driving but it's so nice to get home and think 'i've done my exercise for the day, i can now legitimately lie on the sofa for the evening' :rotfl:
Another cheap way of exercising is getting some of the DVDs for free on youtube- I know the 30 day shred is on there but sounds a bit hardcore if you're not used to exercising! Thank you everyone for the words of kindness. I feel i need to explain why i keep popping back online. I feel like i shouldnt be doing but i live alone , and dont really have any close friends ( that i feel comfortable with at least) to sit with me so i guess i am reaching out to people that i "speak" with on a daily basis.
I am desperate to get back home, and be with my family. I feel like i am going crazy here on my own. The same questions are churning in my head. I have tried to sleep several times but am failing . All i have done is pace around and drink tea.
This morning i wanted to give myself some time to make sense of what is happening before i saw my mum but now i desperate to see her & wish i had booked an earlier flight. i wouldnt wish this feeling of utter despair on anyone.
The friends who i have told have been texting & calling me regularly and telling me to stay in contact with them.
Thanks for listening (well reading ) ,, i feel so stupid pouring my heart out to total randoms.
