  • Just remember that "PhonepayPlus" are as useful as a chocolate fire guard.

The only way I ever got a refund from a scam company that randomly decided to steal my money with the help of Vodafone was to threaten them. I pointed out they could either give me my 300 pence back or I would spend 300 hours doing whatever I could to blacken their name. I got my £3!

At no point in my investigation was Vodafone or the company involved ever able to actually explain what is was I was being charged for. Also they were unable to explain how I had "subscribed". Basically they get thousands of numbers and charge people a few quid each. They know that they will only have to refund some of those people because most people won't notice. Easy money. The networks should allow you to block premium rate text messages but they don't give a stuff.

if you are absolutely sure that you did not agree to purchase anything this 'BGames'
Contact Orange again and inform them that if they can't supply the evidence that you authorised them to make these payments to 'BGames' and still refuse to give you a refund then unfortunately you and your other family members are going to get shot of them at the earliest opportunity.

I suggest you speak to them calmly and business like and not loud or angry.

I don't see why you should have to deal with a company if you have no commercial agreement but for what its worth I believe these are the contact details
