Their customer service used to be brilliant, I was always praising them on Twitter, but then gradually they started using Facebook more and more, which I don't have (and don't want), and I mentioned to them not to forget us Tweeters too, and they were like "we won't!", but obviously they use Facebook as more people are on that, can write longer messages etc, but now it seems they're not even updating that as much? Bit disconcerting

You're right though, their boxes are great, but they are starting to get very unreliable, it'd be nice to know if (or when!), the boxes are being dispatched.

I'm waiting for my Glossybox birthday box, I hope it's a good one. Then I have one more free box to redeem.

I've seen some spoilers (I can never resist peeking! :rotfl:)and I'm not impressed, for a birthday box, I think it's poor....last months was much better. But, that is just my opinion of course!

Luxbox are sending out tracking numbers if you email them allegedly, but a member of the FB beauty box group says its non-existant. I've cancelled my PayPal sub as they're taking money for next box already, despite not delivering Aprils box yet. I may try & get a refund as I think their in dire straits

I had a payment taken out on the 5th, will that of been for Aprils box or for Mays do you think?

I'm thinking it's not looking good either

They've supposedly changed to a "more reliable courier"....if that's true, then I think they should have stuck to the old one!
