SuiDreams - I wonder if Lux is one of those boxes that if you see one you particularly like you could quickly sub and buy it almost as a one off? You can't do that with Amarya so if that is the one that suits you best then I'd stick to it
(I think it's great that you're just sticking to one box. Much better than me :T I have a three month SSB sub to use up but after that I think I'll drop SSB as well. Progress! :rotfl:)
I can see me subbing to Lux if they have any offers on. Not tempted by SSB, luckily and only get the occasional LIB box. If my stash was more under control, I'd be more tempted by the other boxes.0 -
I got the LIB:)....reward for a weekend cleaning DS2s old house as he moved out!0

I caved on the LIB too. I remember seeing a video by Lisa Eldridge about her flight skincare routine and thought 'oooh, I could do that as I never flaming well sleep on the plane' and I'm off to Seattle for a holiday in October. It'll help to pass a couple of hours and it's a bargain for a tenner. The nail polish can go on Ebay to make it even cheaper :-)11th Heaven prizes Number 103

Just wanted to thank you all for this thread. Have enjoyed reading through and have just ordered my first box, the latest in beauty in flight box. I also ordered some REN and dermalogica goodies after reading about deals on here...
so excited about getting my parcels :TAddicted to MSE, I can't resist a bargain0 -
I'm debating whether to take advantage of the REN deal posted by kt001. I love the bath oil, its a multi-purpose product for me, as conditions my hair (I shampoo before bathing), and skin, and is relaxing. Not bad for £25 with the scrub included. :money:New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!0

Welcome to the thread luce181 :T
I haven't bothered with the LIB because I'd only be after the Jurlique so it's not worth it for me.
Missli - does the rose oil work well on hair? I never even thought about using it like that, to be honestLiving with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -

It seemed to. I just washed my hair before getting in my bath, and immersed my hair in it. Felt soft afterwards, even without my usual styling product.
I'd read in a review that someone used it as a conditioner (I assume rubbed in hair?), but this seemed to me a lazy, ideal solution.New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!0 -
I've ordered the you flight box - I like the look of everything and think I'll use it for going on holiday to Mexico in October! My first Beauty Box, what have I started!?0

Thanks purplebutterfly
I'm thinking of signing up for either the amarya or the shesaid box. If I do go for amarya, how do I go about getting the reccomendation?Addicted to MSE, I can't resist a bargain0 -
Congrats on your first box Luce181, I hope you don't mind me asking, which Ren deal did you go for. Still not sure whether to go for the bath oil/scrub one, I'm very tempted especially after Missli's idea of the oil as a hair conditioner when you're having a bath. Got so many bath products already though...
I'm signed up to both SheSaid and Amarya. SheSaid seem to do very good offers every now and again, such as 50 to 60% off, so I'd sign up when they do a promo like that. The Amarya referral works as below (I've just cut and pasted from their site)
"How it works:
1. Sign up for our Beauty Box if you haven't already done so
2. Tell a friend about the box
3. When your friend signs up, they must email us your full name and email address
4. We will email you both a £10 Gift Voucher (redeemable when you spend £30 or more) within 1-3 working days.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Only one Voucher can be redeemed per order. Terms Apply. "
When I signed up they had a great offer whereby they gave you a £50 Santaverde voucher if you paid for a year, but that's stopped now. I would maybe drop them a line asking them if they are likely to do a similar promo before signing up. Hope this helps:)0
