I got my REN package too! :-) I used the serum and night cream last night after using the balance me face wash that was free in glamour and all three worked beautifully together. I agree that the omega 3 serum does not smell too great, but I only needed a tiny amount to cover my face anyway so it wasnt too offensive. This morning, I used the facial polish too which I absolutely adore and will probably buy! I am not a fan of harsh scrubs and only use my St Ives Apricot Scrub once a month, so this polish should be perfect for use every 3 days.
I'm so happy I stumbled upon this in my bleary eyed state on saturday morning!! Absolute bargain.
Next beauty buy for me will be my SSB box...although I am tempted to sign up to get that Joliebox as it looks amazing!!0 -
Purplebutterfly, I've used the REN Glycolactic mask. I have slightly sensitive skin and I had no problems with it. I started off using it for just 5 minutes, just in case, and eventually worked up to the full 10 mins. It leaves your skin so soft and clear.
By the way, it's pretty thick - it's like spreading apricot jam over your face. Smells just like it too.0 -
Still no JolieBox for me, although the Yodel mans just been with my 2nd Ren order. I had to pay delivery for this one, but was worth it (esp with a cheeky 10% off).

I bought their Oat & Bay shampoo, plus the Pro-vitamin conditioner. These are small bottles for hair-care (100ml) and cost £6.50 each. I can see myself using the conditioner in about 3 goes, but they both have excellent reviews, and worth it with all the free products.
My cleansing gel is undamaged this time thankfully. I am tempted to order more conditioner, while the offer is still on, but I have loads of products now, so will wait and see what is in my JB. Some peoples seem better than others, from looking at the spoilers. I also want to save my pennies for Latest in Beauty.
I've just realised that its packed in Magic Maize, so will save that for my kids to make stuff with during the holidays. Its all white, but am sure they'll make a lovely mess, and have fun creating 'things', especially if I get some glitter, wobbly eyes, pipe-cleaners, coloured paper etc.
New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!

Hi Rose80, Got to love those bouncy chairs. Invaluable with both of mine!

What make-up item did you get in JB? I was quite jealous of those who got lipsticks. A shame about the shampoo
Thanks Missli. The chair has indeed been a lifesaver at times! I got the lipstick, I love the shade, it's a deep red and already a fave. Shame you didn't get one too.purplebutterfly wrote: »hiya, you gorgeous yummy mummy :hello:
How's little Ella getting on with life? I meant to ask, did you actually have clothes that fit her when she came home? I imagine a lot of teeny tiny babygros went back to Mothercare!
You just missed the cracking REN offer with free p&p but mine just got delivered (after moaning about it earlier) and I am seriously considering buying some more cloths and paying the p&p just for the free samples and the free kit.
.
Hiya honey!
Sorry you're having such a rough time of it at home, I can't stand it when water and elec etc go off, life seems to go on standstill! Hope you are feeling better soon too.
Ella is getting on very well thankyou, feeding well, mostly a very settled girl but vvv clingy so it is very hard to get anything done! You're right, all the newborn stuff went completely unworn, luckily it was only Tesco clobber, spent a little more on the 3 month stuff which is what she wears. Have set myself up with the laptop and wireless now so hopefully will get more internet fix time! x0 -
