I think it does because if an employer wants a person who can pay attention to detail and they can't what does that say about them. I have seen some badly worded and written adverts that I would never apply to.
It's not just that either. If they're that bad with the advert it means a few things:- Too lazy to bother caring
- Simply don't care
- Rushed off their feet
I worked for a company once that promised all 20 of us new starts everything - credit on our mobiles, transport to and from work, free lunch etc. What a load of balloney that was. Months later none of us had been paid, none of us had any expenses, no rent etc.
Companies that can't put in that little bit of effort are trouble.0 -

Staff can leave you in the lurch just as easily as you can screw them over and/or bully them. The next time you decide to make an employees life hell, remember that.
Oh come on, unless I am missing something where has this poster screwed another employee over.
You really need to get it out of your head that all employers are !!!!!!, yes some are but not all!
And why don't you become an employer and do things rightly if you think you can?The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!

Well funny you say that because every single one both my partner and I have worked for HAVE been.
Good employers don't exist for those at the lower end of the ladder who had a rough start in life and few qualifications. They'll treat you like dirt because they know they can. If you're someone who's had good family support and got a lot of qualifications, been to uni etc employers will of course treat you like royalty.
I think YOU need to get it out of your head that there are employers out there who respect their 'workers'.0 -

Its a sad state of affairs if that is what you truly believe...The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

I was sent to a job interview for a rubbish job as an admin person in a company run by idiots, they had just got a new banner printed up advertising some of the companies they did work for, the banner had "Lewis Vuitton" printed on it and I had to bite my tongue. Louis Vuitton you dumb dumbs I wanted to shout!0

Ultimately its up to you to improve your skill set so you are more "worthy" of rising up the ladder (if that is what you wish to do) If you dont like your life change it.
You may have had a rough start in life, but you can change that around if you wish.0
