Do you check on a list of places registered to serve food before you eat there? Do you check the local council hygiene scores before getting a take away?
There are minimum standards and sets of rules in place for the protection of the public.
If I have doubts about somewhere I don't eat there. That's in Chapter 7 of the 'How to Live without Dying' handbook."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
Even places with required hygiene certificates and which have passed council inspections can have bad practices, e.g. a certain purveyor of eat-in eastern food, which I'm not mentioning by name as I understand they have dealt with the problem. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
