Reporting a Pub for breach of Hygiene?

Hi guys, sorry if this in the wrong place but I couldn't decide where I should post it.
I know of a pub that sells food cooked on the premises which does not adhere to health and hygiene.
None of the kitchen staff have any qualifications, specifically food handling/hygiene.
Which is the best agency to report this to?
Thanks in advance, and sorry to the board guides if it needs moving.

Or just eat elsewhere / write a letter of complaint to HQ ?0

So why have you got the kife out for them?
I cook most days and the family seem to survive without me having any qualifications!0 -
i imagine the OP used to work there and has since left under bad terms (or someone they know has). I don't see any other way that they would know about the qualifications of the catering staff. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. No, I haven't worked there. :rotfl:
I overheard the landlord 'bragging' about the lack of training/qualifications for him and the other guy who works in the kitchen.
And Hintza, cooking for your family and cooking for the public in return for money are 2 very different things...at least they are in my book.
