    Earlier talk of foodbanks interested me. In NZ there was a collection point in my local supermarket; it was so easy to buy an extra something and drop it straight in. I thought I'd check to see what is in my area. I found the local ladies circle-gym (am I allowed to mention names?) have their annual foodbank collection this month, and anyone donating two large bags of goods gets free gym membership. Don't know if it's across all their premises, or just local - worth a look though.
