Don't be so ridiculous, She carries it SWITCHED OFF. Its hardly ever been on. If everyone carried one just for emergency we wouldn't have the mass of EMFs we have now. people are so sad these days they cant even walk along the street, go for a drink with a pal or be chatting in a queue at alton towers without being glued to them.
I love my daughter very much. She is 17 years old and has had one to take to school as she walks over 2 miles each way daily. She doesn't switch it on though, and if she has used £3.50 credit in 4 years that shows how little people could use them... and maybe have a klife instead of being permanently attached to a brain damaging piece of metal!

I should like to say welcome to the thread, should like to but won't!!:p

Thanks, will don slap proof pan and resolve.

Activated double nectar points on next spend via BP email)

Used the BP 5p off a litre this morning.

Put in £40 got 2 red bulls.

    To pay £41.97 :D

    Now have wings :A

Went to car park, 90p an hour, put in 50p, machine said add more money, then gave me back the 50p, so put in a 20p, sub went to 70p and machine gave me back 20p, done again and free parking for hour :)

Did little trip to WHS, till spit 15£ off Ocado 1st order min spend 65£ with price match promise

Another £5 spit when you spend £12 on kids books. Think those with giftcards could do well out of that deal.

Went back to car still have 1/2 on parking ticket, so gave it to a guy who was about to feed the machine.

He said he needed 1 1/2 hours, so got him another 1 hour and gave him back his 90p :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Anyone had any luck shopping today ?

:eek::eek: I shudder to think what you'll do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paintbrushes at dawn?

Love the carpark bit. Many moons ago when t charged (then refunded) cp fees, OH put the coins in and got the jackpot!! A fortune came out of it!:o;):o

*looks out of window at clear blue skies and sunshine*

:T and would you believe it - I am doing the same now! That was a real heavy April shower - but all gone now and blue sky again. (And wet washing - is rain still acid or has that long gone?!)
  • My store finally got some veg crisp in on clipstrips. They are still 1p :j

OK so the mention of tropical moments leads me to ask, what is the best way to get rid of lady moustaches (for sensitive skin)? I had an upper lip wax once but it got rid of every single hair and felt a bit weird. I'm not quite near the 'change' but if I don't do something soon I'll have a full beard, yuk.
