Celebrate, that's awful, honestly no wonder they are named trouts by us. Tesco need to sort out the level of customer care given. You would have thought that they would be glad to get rid of their whoopsies, I hope they have to throw them out now.0

My dad had been getting these really bad pains in his side so went to the doctor who sent him for a scan last week, he then got a phone call on Friday to say the wanted to see him back, so he's just been back this morning and there's a mass on his pancreas and they're now trying to rush him for a CT scan. We're from a small town, which means Glasgow is the nearest place that does them which is a couple of hours away. They're hoping to get him in by the end of the week. I know we'll not know anything for sure until he gets this scan, but I'm so scared for him. It was my Mum who called to tell me,because he was upset. My Dad isn't the greatest talker iykwim and I can't quite bring myself to call him, because he didn't want my Mum coming home from work, so can't imagine he'll really want to talk to me, don't mean that in a bad way though. Such a horrible feeling.
Sorry to go on, just had to get that out

It would take me ages to do print screens showing you how I set my printer to b & w and I'm not sure how to get them up on here. Is there a troubleshooting bit in the instruction manual?

Have you ticked the always print with current settings?
Have you tried restarting the pc.
I'm assuming PC so have tried
Start menu - Control panel - Devices and printers
right click over your printer
printer preferences
click defaults
then select black and white
We had this problem last week when one of our pc's wouldn't accept changing it to black and white. I think we got it working by just restarting the pc though. My partner is pretty techie with PC's and it still happened. You're not being daft it's just that one of your settings is overiding what you asked it to do.0 -
