I need the collective 11+ help please

I cannot get my kindle to connect to my wifi for love nor money. I've got the right password, i've tried all around the house, right next to the router, away from the router, inside, outside, upstairs and downstairs and still it wont play. I've tried resetting the router but it still wont work.

Can anyone help please?

I had this and then realised I'd not pressed my pairing button on the router first. Of course it only took me two days to realise. However I have found amazon really helpful, if you can't get it to work log on to amazon kindle help, then contact us input a phone number and they phone you straight away and talk you through problems. HTH
