Apparently there is 100's of tonnes of powdered egg in storage left over from the war and it's still usable.
How on earth is powdered egg made? Do they just leave eggs to dry out? Sorry if I sound thick just cant work it out...
Off to google I go... :rotfl:0 -

Back on to say hugs to Lookingforabargain. Congratulations to Purdita on the birth of your DGD brill name. Best wishes to all of your family. Czerniacha hope you have a lovely time with your family.
It's really nice to hear about the meet ups that happen and to find out everyone is as wonderful as you think iykwim.

Sorry if I've missed anyone.0 -
I'm nearly dropping off at the moment so am going to log off for the night and try to catch up on some sleep!!
Czerchy....hope you have a fabulous holiday and well done on your weight loss. I might have to look into SW myself!
Nikki....Good luck tomorrow. Hope your op puts an end to all the pain (No not you Happy!!!)
Not heard anything from the hospital. They won't give any details if you phone the maternity ward (quite rightly so!) and my SIL must be there as he's not answering the house phone and mobiles must be turned off in the hospital
I'm assuming they are keeping michelle in as I wouldn't have thought they would discharge people in the evening.
I'm too dizzy to risk driving there tonight anyway, so hopefully will get to see little Freya tomorrow.
Night night all
Congratulations!! I hope that your daughter/granddaughter are ok.. My friend had some heavy bleeding due to retained placenta and was kept in 2 nights with a cannula just incase she needed a transfusion, luckily she was ok and got discharged as soon as she was feeling ok, so fingers crossed it is the same for your daughter, then the celebrations can begin:) Must be such a worrying time though.. Like someone else said, at least they are in the best place they can be!
And Happy Birthday to those celebrating today!! _party_0 -

But decided to have a clock in the clearance area. I thought I was waisting my time seeing as there had been noting in it the last few days. Anyway, I came across this, reduced from £99 to £69 and haggled them down to £55.:beer:
