Not heard anything from the hospital. They won't give any details if you phone the maternity ward (quite rightly so!) and my SIL must be there as he's not answering the house phone and mobiles must be turned off in the hospital
I'm assuming they are keeping michelle in as I wouldn't have thought they would discharge people in the evening.
I'm too dizzy to risk driving there tonight anyway, so hopefully will get to see little Freya tomorrow.

Purdita try not to worry, retained placenta is a common reason for home births going into hospital (more so than poorly newborns). At least your DD had the home birth she wanted which can often be a struggle in itself. Obviously they need to make sure all the placenta is out, and that she's got enough blood. I'm sure you'll get an update soon.

Double, double check the internet password, the password I had to put in is the one on my router, lots of numbers and lower case letters.

Mine connected straight away - which obviously doesnt help you

Just ignore me if you think I am being too patronising but you need to turn the wifi on - to turn my wifi on or off I go to the home page and press the menu button then it gives me the option to turn it on or off.

How do you switch the printer to black and white? when i go to print i change it to black and white then but it still comes out in colour.

you have to take the colour out of the ink cartridge and add more white

Re your kindle qoc - I am assuming you have turned the wireless on, on the kindle itself. (Press the 2nd button from right for menu, and scroll up to 'turn wireless on' - top of menu)? Sadly, it took me a couple of days to work this bit out!!! Also, try turning it off, holding the button for longer than usual, then leaving it for a minute or so and turn back on. If nothing, try ringing the amazon kindle no. - they are very helpful. hth.

I think you need to change the colour of the font on the document, rather than do something on the printer, but there'll be a techie along in a mo.
