britains greatest has the £5 off detol handwash again but it wont let me print it without installing coupon printer grrr

Thanks for this, I managed to get one of these coupons printed. I tried for two but it kept trying to unsuccessfully install the coupon printer (which was obviously installed already because I had already printed one!)

I'm pleased to see that Tesco have them for £4.99 right now. Sainsburys/Waitrose also have them for £5

The only question is, will they actually have the stock? II was ages before I got one in Asda for £5 last time

    Afternoon all
Just a quickie from me to say that my daughter had a baby girl in the early hours of this morning.
Baby is doing fine but mum not so good at the moment.
It was a home birth and was really quick and easy but the placenta wouldn't come away and she lost a lot of blood.
I had a call at 4am to ask if I could get there ASAP but I live 10 miles from them so it was a mad dash! I got there just as my daughter was being driven away in the ambulance with a paramedic car in attendance too
So I didn't get chance to see her or my new grandaughter, but my SIL said she has masses of dark hair. She weighed in at 8lbs exactly and they are calling her Freya

I've been all morning cleaning carpets, sofa's, rugs, and I've still not removed all traces of blood.
At hospital Michelle was given an anaesthetic and the afterbirth was removed but her blood pressure is really low and they are monitoring here to see if she needs a transfusion.
Other than that...everything is fine. :T

Aww big congrats to you and your daughter. Hope she's back on her feet soon :) Freya is a lovely name as well.

Thanks for all the hugs and well wishes  Still waiting on word of when he's to go for the CT Scan, hopefully should be by the end of the week at the latest. The Dr couldn't really tell him anything because they need the CT scan to get a better look, the only thing he did say was that it said emergency surgery on the notes he had. So looks like there's going to be some kind of operation involved. But trying to stay positive at the moment, until he's seen in Glasgow and we know for sure what's going on.

i dont think its wrong to send someone stuff that their husband needs, like i said it wasnt tesco stuff, it was stoma stuff, and anyway its up to them if hey give you their address isnt it? i think most peeps on here have sent someone else stuff.

And I was more than happy to give MMW my address when she so kindly offered to send me some supplies for Alan, after she had helped me so much with advice about Alan's stoma on the thread and by pm, so I could tell that she was genuine ..... and very generous :A :A

Maybe I`m the only one on here, but I would be very reluctant to give out my Address to anyone on the web, Having said that if I could help someone in another small way I would. Everyone to their own.

Each to their own, as you say, but I am a very open person, as I hope you can tell from my posts, and I would happily send people something they needed if I had it. Almost 2 years ago, someone who used to post on this site broke her hip and went into hospital away from home, and me and Mr 3Dogs, and another MSE'er, travelled from different parts of the country to visit her. None of us had met before but I can honestly say that the other MSEer is now our very dearest friend and we visit each other regularly, along with 2 guys we also met online through this same situation. We are in fact going on holiday with the 3 of them this July :j :j

I am not saying that it is always the case and it is right to be wary, but it certainly turned out fantastic for us

"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".
