The lady came over with me about 11pm last night and brought the sel back to the main checkout as no customer services that late at night. She went to throw the sel in the bin and advised she would just give me a refund. I then asked her for the sel to prove what the price would of been. I don't think there was anything else I could of done at that time of night?:(

worst case scenario, you will get your DTD on a moneycard from H/O.....I always try and keep an eye on the time if I find a DTD, then make sure I can get to CS before 10pm when it shuts (time might be different at other stores)....but on the odd occasion I've got there later, I've just said I dont live nearby and not prepared to travel all the way back in a weeks time as the SEL wont be the same, and how can I prove I've been overcharged then?! Each time someone has magically 'reopened' CS to sort out the DTD...its not as if its a bank safe, someone there does have the ability to turn a till on and open it....although depends who has the timeshare braincell and whether they are nice or trouty :rotfl::rotfl:
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

Morning all......my day so far....woke up to burglar alarm going off (all OK though), showered and as I was combing my hair I realised I had not rinsed the conditioner off... back I go to do so. Burnt toast for son's breakfast, then spilt jam down my white jumper. Back from school run (via Tesco to get printer inks) to find I had not locked the door when I went out :eek: Hoover cylinder full but as I was carrying it to bin to empty I caught the lever and dust went everywhere in kitchen :eek: emptying dishwasher I dropped 2 glasses :eek: Think I should have stayed in bed...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Ring HO just so it's logged with someone apart from the store. Obviously you'll have to go back to the store if you paid by cash, but if paid by card perhaps customer services could arrange for the dtd to be put on your card ??

I have just come off the phone to them very nice lady.
She confirmed no refunds after 10pm so would need to go back, she called the store and spoke to the manager who's name I have been given so I can go back next week and get my DTD.
She actually said it was good I asked for the label as store would of just refused me.
    Now on the 5:2 diet.

    Lost 25 1/2 lbs :j:j:j 33 1/2 lbs to go

I've done it too, I actually put DS laptop in a bag with rice as well when he knocked a glass of water over it:eek::eek::eek: Apparently the worse thing you can do is switch mobiles or laptops on before they are fully dried out, and the other bad thing is to try to dry them with a hairdryer:eek:

woops. I always drop my phone down toilet/in drinks/etc and do it with hairdryer.
No wonder more than not they remain broken :\
    Least i know now lol
