What is your charity shop bargain of the week?

Hi all, I managed to finish work early today and got time to actually get in a charity shop...
I bought
Fat face top, light cotton, my size, looks unworn.
Denby pot and lid
Two gorgeous plates
A huge tupperware container, looks as new.
A table top food warmer
A pan stand for hot pans.
In all the assistant was only going to charge me £8.00 the lot but I gave them £10.00 as it was so cheap.:DDFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

A rather glorious ruby red coat, lined with poppies on a white backgound for 50p. Thank you RNLB.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -

A pretty floral double duvet cover for £1.99 a large readers digest hardback book, Sarah brown cookery book and another cookery book I've forgotten all 99p a paper weight £3.99 - overpriced but very pretty and two lovely old side plates 99p each - I should stop buying plates - I do have rather a lot!
It's interesting people's comments on the different shops - my Oxfam is great for clothes - nearly all priced at £2.99 but the bric a brac is ridicoulous and I do point that out - they must hate me - e.g a battered old ladle £3 when you can get three for a pound in Poundland -and I don't mean aesthetically battered - I'm talking rubbish.
The books are really cheap too - nearly all 99p.
I do always say how great those prices are but have a bee in my bonnet about the bric a brac - and apparently I'm not alone! Here dead we lie because we did not choose
