Spent a couple of hours round the CSs this morning, some were quite busy but I managed to find an as new pair of Per Una stretch jeans for £2.99 and a Next top for £3.49 for work to go perfectly with the CS trews I bought a few weeks ago.
I nearly bought a beautiful pair of trews that would fit me if I lost half a stone, but resisted, thinking of konmarie. When I got home I put my stash away and then pulled out the last pair of too small CS trews I bought, ready to go back.OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

Only just found this thread but I do enjoy a CS look.
This week I got a Next mid thigh length winter jacket for £5. It's a size larger than I'd usually wear but thought as it's a winter coat I'll probably have thick jumper of gilet on so will fit fine. The assistant said she'd tried it but was too small and she was surprised they still had it, I suppose being July people aren't looking for a winter coat.
Popped into the Salvation Army and some other local CS shops, their prices are way too expensive. Why would I want to spend £5 on a Primark etc top when new they are not much more?
There was a fleece with a big mark on the front and thought it would wash out but also was going to buy another coat at £7 so asked for a discount on the fleece (it was £3.99, which I thought was too expensive even if it had been perfect condition). The SA said no discount,I had hoped they'd make it half price so ended up leaving the both items. Their loss.
I must admit some CS I don't bother going into, their prices are way too expensive for a washed out, bobbly item and they think someone is going to pay £5 for it.:eek:Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0
