DD snaffled two sets of single duvet covers and matching pillow cases for £7.00 in the Sense shop (she needed new ones in her caravan) and I bought a similar set, only double, for £4.00.All of them were Christy's make and very good quality.I'm really please with my buy as I hadn't been in my local Sense shop for ages as they had been putting their prices up so much, which in turn meant folk shopped less in there0

I found a Lorraine Pascal cookbook in the Sally Army shop for 99p.
Two doors down is WHSmith, where I'd seen the same book in the sale for £10.
Glad I waited.0 -
Poor pickings in Skipton yesterday, despite trawling quite a few of their cs. Only bought a book and a fine over tunic (£2.99). Some trips more fruitful than others! My friend fared better than me, picking up a lovely teapot, necklace , linen blouse and a book."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

Saw some Boden stuff but it's always too tight on me and does me no favours so despite knowing how it is highly sought after, I left it for someone who will love it.Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
Apart from a couple of woollies for the OH next winter, and a Jaeger shirt for him for £2, I hadn't seen much recently, but got a Kenwood icecream maker in my local CS yesterday, looked unused. The bowl went into the freezer yesterday, and I've just made my first batch, based on greek yogurt - rhubarb and ginger, using bottled rhubarb from the garden last year. I'm feeling incredibly OS!0
