My best bargains this week were ...

A pair of Steve Madden black knee high leather boots, look as if they've been worn about twice, from the 'everything for £1.99' Barnardo's shop
You were so lucky. I have been in a couple of these cheap Barnados and saw nothing that was worth buying. Mainly bobbled t-shirts and nylon trousers. The shoes were all priced individually at £5 - £7. Enjoy your bargain.

I found a brand new FatFace pink t-shirt for £4 in the hospice shop today. I know that Primark ones are less than that but this is really good quality so I'm happy.

Also found a book about Egypt (my pet interest) and it was only 25p so that's my entertainment sorted for a few nights!

    Whoa!
    You can't compare a FatFace T-shirt to a Primark one. smiley-rolleyes004.gif

I love - in no particular order - FatFace, Mantaray & White Stuff.

A couple of days ago, I bought a Next casual strappy dress, perfect for a beach cover up, for £1 from my local Hospice shop.

    I must remember:
when you take a bag of unwanted stuff up, place the bag on the floor and step away.
Do not - I repeat - do not - look on any of the rails. :rotfl:

    Hi all :)

Been to Droitwich today to do Nans shopping and couldn't resist having a browse of the charity shops.

    Bought:

*Brand new with tags Race 4 Life vest from Cancer Research shop £4.99 - not really charity shop purchase as it's just the official merchendise they're selling.
*Children's toy shopping basket filled with play food 75p
    *Evie Black linen trousers £1.50
*Brand new pair of striped Primark pumps £2.50 all from Sally Army.

The linen trousers are from Peacocks and although i normally wouldn't buy from a charity shop these are the perfect length on me. It's so difficult to get a pair of bottoms that fit me on the leg being so short, so when i find a pair i can't be fussy about the brand.

    Suze :)

Got two more bargains today. A lovely Next top for £3.50 in Trussel Trust in Winton and a pair of Monsoon cropped trousers, for £3.00, in Tenovus at Westbourne. :j:j

My faves are: Monsoon; White Stuff and FatFace - always on the lookout for these.
I usually end up with M&S or Next though :D
    Normal people worry me.

I have a Panasonic Inverter Combi oven which came with a glass tray which is in dire need of a major clean with an over cleaner. I have often thought I would like a spare so that one is always clean and also in case of breakage. In my local BHF I saw a brand new one at 2.99 and bought it although I wasn't sure whether it was much of a bargain as I had never seen one advertised. On my return home I googled it and to my amazement found a replacement would be 33.85. I can now be careless with the dirty one!

Ooh, it seems like lots of us love White Stuff and Fat Face. I love Monsoon dresses too, and of course anything Boden.
