    Well done! 2 - 0! :D

I will have a look around if I go there - I still have some spare little notes I can slip perfectly behind a fake PCN telling people to come here and/or pepipoo.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A PPC is not just for Christmas...with a few CCJ threats you should have enough toilet paper to last well into the new year.....

Well another raid happened today - unfortunately, or maybe that should be fortunately (?), no invoices on windscreens to deal with nor the Parking Eye goon anywhere to be seen to allow me to harass him. Never mind, there's always next week :rotfl:

They may have moved onto the 'just send a letter AFTER the discount period has elapsed' scam by now. Its becoming VERY popular these days.

How can it be illegal to remove the scam ticket bags. Surely they are no different to advertising flyers placed under your windscreen wipers.

A PPC says it is illegal. That doesn't make it true.

According to the BPA it would be considered an "act of theft". They also told be that this applies to anything that's left on windscreens -including advertising flyers! As you must be aware, the courts are full of cases every day of people being prosecuted for removing advertising junk from cars.:rotfl::rotfl:

I wonder who it could be that is thinking that the removal of rubbish from a windscreen is considered an " act of theft". Could it the BPA, I wonder. Yep! That would be it.

I had exactly the same answer from Town and City Parking. So you can see who's writing BPA's script.
