One a black T reg Toyota and the other a burgundy L reg Corsa - PLEASE IGNORE THE INVOICES.

I did remonstrate with the Parking Eye goon who didn't understand the difference between a civil contract and illegal parking.

Feel free to ring me on the number I put on the note in your little yellow packets if you're unsure. Hopefully finding this thread and others will stop you paying them.

What really hacked me off was that the goon parked HIS car right in front of the supermarket loading bay in front of a sign saying no parking. Obviously too stupid to read !!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, he ran away pretty quickly when I challenged him and he was rather annoyed when I kept standing in front of the number plates as he tried to take a photo :rotfl:.

Note to the thick as ***** goon and Parking Eye. I live 3 minutes away and have now decided I'm going to pop in regularly, walk the car park and tamper with your little yellow packets. What I would be interested in is under what act of parliament I've committed an "offence" ( your word not mine ) by opening said packets and drawing all over your invoices ?

So it's sodparkingeye as well now? That's what we need, let these dummies know that, actually, they aren't anyone official and people need to be informed as to what their game is...

Maybe a little note could be put in the envelope (after the goon has gone, of course) explaining that there's no need to pay, and with a link to this forum? I fear we only see the tip of the iceberg here at the moment.

Already done :money: After our discussion he went into the store to get away from me ( I was a tad aggressive ). I just went and sat in my car. When he came back he checked that his little yellow packets were still there but didn't see I'd put large lines and "See other side" on the front of the paper slips. On the back was an explanation that these were unenforceable invoices and an invite to phone me. I was absolutely fuming for them. If I'd known it was his car in front of the loading bay I would have blocked him in.

Maybe I should change my name to SodPPCs !!!!

And the first owner has just rung me and I've explained the situation and pointed him to here. He is not now going to pay it ( he was before he spoke to me ! ) :rotfl:

Get a high vis jacket and if the Parking Pie monkey decides to park his vehicle in a spot he isn't meant to, ticket him with a fake invoice. Just pretend your from the BPA ensuring that car-park attendants are not abusing the car-park

I think it is about time someone produced a leaflet that people could print-off and place under the screens of all the cars parked in a given supermarket.

There is a church near me that is above an Aldi. I might attend it on Sunday and tell as many folks as I can about the way the PPC people work and why there is no reason to pay them.

Maybe MSE could place a template here that we could print off and with the PPC.

At least "we" can feel that "we" are fighting back....and eventually maybe these companies/rackateers may get the message that "we" know what they are upto and what their game is.
