Hi Yasmin, how's it going? Meant to say that the link above I posted before although it counts as Hornchurch by postcode is actually within 5/10mins walk of Romford Town Centre & Station.

How did your BF like the other one?

Hi Rach

Well its going quite well at the moment. My bf did not like the first property as he said it was a right mess but he liked the second property on Drummond Road in Romford so we are going for a second viewing on Sunday. Another properyt has also come on the market near Barking which is quite good for transport links so we are going to view that one as well on Sunday so fingers crossed here is the link below for the property in Ilford/barking

This one looks ok but does look to be quite small inside so we will have to wait and see until SUnday. IN the meatime I have had two EA's on the phone saying they have new properties in Chadwell Heath one of them is a reposession but according to the EA needs a new bathroom and kitchen but is on th market for £217000 which makes no sense to me at all. But i will go and have a look next Wednesday and see what I think.
