18.2kWh today. Not quite the highest we've had for March, that record was set in 2012 with 18.7kWh.
In O terms, today was 6.1Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

Errrr....nope, didn't realise that. I have no idea about the tech available, hence the question;)
I think I'll stick to manually turning temp up and down when I'm generating a healthy surplus. I'm in and out most days so should not be too tiresome. I'll see how that goes.
I will tell you.... badly; you will never run back and forth quick enough to switch on and off.....:) You do need at least a Wattson Transmitter for OptiPlug to work, and work it does even if you are not at home to watch the clouds. For the price of a Wattson Solar Plus, with all the other advantages, just get one from Navitron. it will pay for the outlay in no time.
"BARGAIN".......
Not being one to disappoint:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: and it does not end there..+ 0.528

19.007 Kwh yesterday, sadly that eqautes to just 4.75 O's
However, I have also receieved an email from Ovo accepting that my meter doesn't need to be changed......
This is upsetting as I had already got Ovo to agree that if my meter was 'faulty' as they were suggesting, then logically they would need to make an adjustment on my bill as the 500+ Kwh that i had generated would need to be factored back in. Sadly, someone with a bit of intelligense has foiled my plan (which to be fair was only triggered by Ovo wanting me to pay £30 for a new meter!).
Hoping to reach 600+ Kwh before the end of March and then see how quickly nPower turn around my FIT payment.0 -

My old analogue meter really did run backwards. I'm not sure the first chap I spoke to quite understood, as he asked if my gas meter also went backwards(!).
Once they understood the issue they said they'd estimate my usage based on pre-PV historical data until they could replace the meter three months hence. Oh how I laughed! Anyway, eventually I got 5 months free electricity and another £22 for them missing the first appointment to change it.My PV system: South West England, 10x 250Wp Trina Solar panels, Fronius Inverter, South facing roof, 35° pitch with no shading.0
