In my case, it's lost interest on £12k which would is currently 3.1%pa or £31 per month.
Don't forget, you have also lost your £12K which is sat on your roof:rotfl:

It's not "lost" - it's been "invested". Theoretically the panels have a secondhand value so I could sell them - but why would I want to do that when they're earning at almost 15%.
You might equally say (and with rather more justification) that I've also "lost" the money I used to buy my car or my house.NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -
7.5 kWh here today.
Not exciting but between 3 & 4 times the sacrificed ISA income.NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -

Similar chat here, when I was taking the mick out of RoxyK
Maybe it is over-reading a bit, but you will see some strange numbers at times when the panels get to cool down a bit.
Did you manage to put the kettle on in time to use it?
Mart.
Hmm, perhaps we are thinking that the inverter is over reading, whereas perhaps the Gen Meter is under registering. I would certainly prefer to submit my inverter readings for FIT payments.:j Food for thought:rotfl:.2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.

OK do I have permission for a little 'smug dance'?
Not exactly sure what happened here, but the forecast grey clouds and rain, never quite made it, so fifth decent day in a row, scoring 21 to 23!
High 21 on the inverters, which after adding 1.5% under-read gives a low 22, but there must have been nearly 1 more hiding in the TGM (it only displays whole numbers), so that went up 23. :j
Only need 10 more tomorrow for week 2 to finish spot on average of 13/day.

The way I look at it is 'I am not making nowt until I get my investment back'; then, and only then, does it become profit on an investment. In my case profit will not start until November 2016. I will let you work that one out as, I have realised you enjoy figures:rotfl:. By midday we'd already generated 13.46kWh (our SE orientation does help!) and on previous good days we've made over 7kWh in the afternoon.
Fingers crossed we might beat 20kWh today, comfortably beating our previous best of 17.57kWh two weeks ago.
Edit:
Still over 3hrs until sunset, but we've broken through 20kWh for the first time.
I wonder if a 30kWh day will be possible in June?
Anyone remember this wishfull thought:rotfl:2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.

Remember it well - and still think there's a good chance of seeing one.
Ten bad days in a row doesn't mean we'll have another ten !
