Does it go to waste if you don't use it up that day?
Anything you're not using at the time it's being generated gets exported :)

Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end

And if your meter goes backwards you can still use it at a later date :)

May generation ended up just shy of 500kWh but was still a record 476.5kWh (PVGIS +15.4%). ImmerSUN diverted 197kWh to our immersion over the month.

June started with a belter at 24.6kWh, which my Meter Readings app advises would correspond to 738kWh if extrapolated to the whole month. Wishful thinking!

    3.52 O's yesterday.
Seems the E.Coast is missing out on all that sun:D

Glad I came back from my jollies on Friday from Skeg-vegas if that's the case. Its glorious here near chesterfield, i'm currently cooking my joint of beef and have the dishwasher on and am still not buying from the grid. I'm generating a constant 3.3kWh at the mo, best part is with my 2 systems is as the ESE starts to fade the SSW comes fully on line giving my generation curve a long flat spot in the middle(if you get my meaning)

Have a cracking generation day everyone:D

  • A little bit of a warning, I've hear of the first solar power installer to disappear/ go out of business. It's left one guy round here with a faulty inverter and no one interested in trying to help him

Ahem, mine was meant to be a humorous comment in reply to 3652

"The first"? I thought they were dropping like flies. I find your story hard to believe. Linky?

Hope everyone had a good day today and used up all that generation. I've managed 6.625 O's today(WOOHOO).

My ESE system broke its previous record of 13.12kWh to clock up an impressive 14.15kWh(7.21 O's(still generating a few watts still)),not bad at all for ESE me thinks. Just need to knock next doors house down now to solve my shading problem on my SSW system:rotfl:

June (so far) is looking even better than May !

    28.22 kWh today (E= 14.7:j)

Looking forward to another 29 days just like today (but not confidently !)

At 'only' 25.6 kWh today (altho still belting out 20W) perhaps I ought to be a bit disappointed - but even I wouldn't be quite that selfish :D

Less than 3 weeks till Summer Solstice so still hoping for more fine weather. All downhill after that till Xmas I'm afraid :(

Wouldn't mind knowing how your neighbour with the motorised system is fairing up Eric, can't you get him to post on here so we can all be "green"... with envy:D
