15.16 kWh today, a lovely day and much better than forecast. Lots of free electricity used, still not measuring it just estimating at the moment. For immersion heating I've been reading up on the Solic 200 as it has a 10 year warranty, I quite like doing the research it's like looking forward to Christmas.

Rubbish forecast today - unbroken sunshine so far, not at all as forecast yesterday, that's the sort of error I like. Might beat yesterday if it holds up.

Same rubbish forecast here. Grey skies till 1pm(ish) then a bit of sun? Nope!

Lovely sun all day, over baseload by 7.30am, then about 2kW from 9am through till 3pm. Lovely jubbly.

    13.8kWh's or 2.47Oscar's!

Well did a massive....er.....dunno. Just couldn't be a*sed to go look at my meters, having started the day with freezing fog which never really lifted, and just a glimmer of sun late afternoon,i didn't expect too much. Thought i'd pop on here and see how everyone elses weather had faired up.

Eric, you've got N derbys in your sig,can i ask roughly where? Do you mean NE derbyshire. I'm just off J30 M1,worksop side. Only wondered as your weather seems very similar to ours(saying that i work in Sheffield and it cleared up lovely there, not like home)

Who, in their right mind would think you could even get near to 20.07kWh........in one day? For the week may be....smiley-laughing021.gif
    10kWh generated again today! :)

    (That'll be 4.5kWh/kWp again then :D)

    bit better today

just clicked onto 20 kWh at the end of the day

Lots of immersion, dishwasher, slow cooker, and halogen heater to soak up the excess ;)

Wowww!!! assuming you have a 2kWp system that makes 10kWh/kWp..

I only did 4.48kWh/kWp (11.2kWh) today between 07:00 - 17:30... where did you say you live?? And where are your panels..???:rotfl:

Edit: How do you know what the excess is in order to 'soak it up' ?

I sunbathed for 2 hours or so, lovely spring day. The Investor in me wanted it colder for more efficiency though

I submit my argument for official recognition of a new unit:

    1. kWh/kWp is such a PITA to type, all those upper and lower case bits and bobs.

    2. I don't want to risk RSI.

    3. 'Oscars' or 'O's' sound so warm and friendly.

    4. This is your chance of immortality, or at least 15mins of fame.

    5. A vote for Oscar's is a vote for truth, liberty and the PV way.

Thank you, I'm going to bed now. I blame my behaviour today on drink, drugs and rock and roll - or more to the point, the lack off!
