On what I pay for gas that's worth around 15p: a lot of them in £3K: around 20,000 days; 54 years at present rates.....+ how many boilers would need replacement in that time? Not that I would be around to worry about it....

    3.6 O's today....coffee.gif

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

Assuming -I'm using peak electricity of 12p/kw to heat water, if you are using gas - they pay back time would be even longer.

From your above comment; are you on a/an Economy 7 meter then...?..coffee.gif

Nice day today, better than forecast. WNW TGM on 4,999kWh with under 2hrs of gen left, and at 800W and falling. Come on baby, you can do it.

    Mart.

After a valiant attempt, the WNW closed on 4,999.9kWh.

If average gen from now till 4th birthday (end of July) it'll hit 5,860. That's 730 O's pa against an expected 680. The little system that could, even without an 'S'.

Yesterday (in total) got 2.26 Os. Now predicting 100% for Mch if gen is average.

    Mart.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 28kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.
