    good day yesterday. A gnat's short of an H at 4.88 O's
    16 Panel (250W JASolar) 4kWp, facing 170 degrees, 40 degree slope, Solis Inverter. Installed 29/9/2015 - £4700 (Norfolk Solar Together Scheme); 9.6kWh US2000C Pylontech batteries + Solis Inverter installed 12/4/2022 Year target (PVGIS-CMSAF) = 3880kWh - Installer estimate 3452 kWh:Average over 6 years = 4400 :j
  • Hi All, Just looking around and found this thread so thought I would add my two ‘penneth worth if that’s OK.
    Panels installed November 2013 and to present has generated 8.46Mwh. So fairly happy with the return. Monthly electric bill down from £45 to £15. (Beer bill up to compensate!!)
    Yesterday 1.38 O’s. Best this month, so far 5.32

    Got over 10 kwh this morning but now same problem as always
    On a sunny day. Tank of hot water, and everything charged up but now exporting 2.5kW.
    And as I have said before, I hate exporting.

    Fourth Anniversary
    no working immersion but would like new tank and immersion installed, what would you recommend iboost or immersun please. it is a 3.13 kwh south facing system would all this money spent on this items be worth it please?
    any advice would be greatly received

    I am in the similar position; gas boiler only with no immersion fitted. My thoughts are:- if the boiler is still working okay, then to justify the cost of a complete change takes a lot of working out how long the payback would actually be. From what I have read on here though, I think I would go for the iBoost.

    Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).
