I was advised to go with Good Energy. It takes around 9 weeks from submitting FIT figures to payment. I sent my paper work in 23 May 2014 and it took till 18 Nov 2014 to get my first payment.
If you are lucky they will come back to so you can submit your figures for 21 March.
