First complete month with our system.
Just over 358kwh, or just under 60 Os, which puts us at 105% of target.
Now wondering if I made a mistake in my calculations. Still, I'd rather have underestimated than overestimated0 -
Only managed 0.66 "O" yesterday.:( and only 76% of October pvgis target reached, 187kWh/245kWh.3.96 kWp System, SSE Facing, 30 Degree Pitch, 12 x 330W BenQ Panels, Solar Edge Inverter, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. Installed 26th May 2015.0

Managed 91.89% of pvgis target for October - very poor month overall, 8 days in the month where I had less than 3kwh per day - and just 0.5kwh in the whole day on the 30th.0

October results now calculated at 8% below PVGIS (Climate - SAF ) .
October's always been a variable month:-
2011 +18%
2012 +10%
2013 -16%
2014 -19%
2015 -8%

If solar funding is critically reduced on 1 January 2016 will that effectively mark the end of warranties for our existing systems? Presumably, many of our past installers will go belly-up.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0

The warranty on the panels will (hopefully) be registered with the manufacturers of the panels who (again hopefully) won't be affected by a very small drop in their worldwide demand. Likewise, any warranties on inverters or other major components.
What might be at risk would be the warranty on the workmanship involved in installing the system. If you chose the cheapest installer you could find and are relying upon them staying in business to honour their own warranty then you could have problems. If you picked an established local firm with a good name to protect and insisted that any warranty was insurance backed then you're unlikely to have any bother.NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -
