No it isn't, how did you guess that? For info: it is Welsh..in case you can't guess from my captionth?&id=OIP.M5b830a2f21649ae1d6a401272d424caao0&w=300&h=300&c=0&pid=1.9&rs=0&p=0
2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.
Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax: B)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

i am having my 4kw system installed in 2 weeks.
I have a 35 degree roof, exactly south facing with no shade.
What can i realisticly expect to generate per day?.
I am reading some dissapointing figures on here.

Does anyone have a daily list of figures over a year?.

Hiya. Have a play with PVGIS, there's a walkthrough in section 5 of the PV FAQ's.

This will give you a very good idea of what to expect each month and each year. So far over 4 years, I have been between 84% and 131% of monthly estimates, and between 99% and 108% of annual targets.

BTW daily figures might be misleading, they could vary from zero, to perhaps triple an average figure for that day, depending on weather. I've had horrific days due to snow covering panels, or amazing days, due to snow clearing, sun shining, and everything being white and reflective, so don't be too concerned about single days.

    Mart.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.

So PVGIS plus 0.25Os, never had a moment of doubt....
    I think....
  • The red light is on for the end of October 190 kWh / 223 kWh = 85 % PVGIS.

Today, 2 Os exactly, and one of the better days of October.
