Clouded over at lunchtime turning my great start into an average day - 17.58kwh or 5.02 O's - but between 11.00am and 2.00pm it rarely got above 500w due to cloud - dissapointing0

My thoughts exactly... Watched generation drop off but thought "nah, it's staying on, screw the cost"...4 Kwp System, South Facing, 35 Degree Pitch, 16 x 250W Solarworld Panels, SMA Sunnyboy 3600 Inverter, Installed 02/09/14 in Sunny South Bedford - £5600

So glad I have aircon, it's been on all night(slept under the duvet last night) and is still on now keeping the upstairs cool, I will use some of this free leccy!!..lol
We're just opening all internal doors and letting the house do it's thing .... upstairs obviously gets warmer so we open a single window in the bedroom at night (if it's cooler outside than in) and let the heat vent, closing it all up the next morning ...
Temperatures peaking at 30C for a couple of consecutive days really make little difference here, it's below 22C inside at the moment .... what causes us a problem is if the hot period lasts - when the heat is in the thermal mass it's pretty hard to shift ... that's really the only time what our air-con goes on ...
