Now have final reading for June hence 564.8kWh for month. That's 29.8% above pvgis and makes this June my best June (just beating 2013's 541.2). Not quite my best ever month though - that was July 2014 when I just crept over 600.

Hoping to receive just over £810 from Scottish power (in about three weeks time no doubt  ) bringing total receipts to 56% of installation cost with six weeks to go until 4th anniversary.

No real idea of amount of bought electricity saved except that I started a ScotsPower Account in 2011 with a DD of £67 pcm and am currently paying £29 pcm to iSupplyEnergy. That's apparently a £456 per year saving but it's not really all attributable to Solar Panels . Current DD is probably too low because last year's was too high and there have been a few appliance swaps and LED lighting installed but certainly suggests that my 13%ROI from FIT payments might really be worth around 16% ROI when savings are considered

    Hi All

Passed July'14 total early this morning, therefore June'15 moves up to second place on our 'best months' list ... still would have needed a couple more decent generation days tagged onto the month to top the list though ...

Happy with that, quarter over, FiT data submission time ...

6.33 very pretty maiden type ho's, which gives a total of 134.43 ho's for the month, best evar!

The whole year so far has been above target, 6 months out of 6, with June coming in at 123% of PVGIS. 537kWh v's 438kWh target (layout © Mart 2015)

Bestest month evar, highest daily evar on 4/6/15, passed 5MWh, currently at 62% of annual forecast.

    That's a yes from me :)

6.83 O's yesterday, a Maiden. - My first full month, June, gave me a total figure of 558kWh for the month. This was above PVGIS and seems to be comparable to some of the other figures I have seen reported in the last few days.:j:j

    21.77kwh yesterday or 6.22 O's

So my first week of generating (started about 2.30pm on the 23rd) has resulted in 112kwh of electricity being produced from my 3.5kw system. Not a bad start.

Just goes to show how a SSW facing system suffers at sunrise on a cloudless day as yesterday was. Rekon that cost me between 0.4 - 0.8 O's yesterday. Panels did virtually nowt from 04:55 - 08:15.

    9r2khj.jpg

And then, it became a near perfect 'curve'; with not a cloud to be seen all day, shame about the shadows from next doors house at around 19:15.....Because the heat knocked my system down to a 2.0 kWp system, think I should have taken that into account when calculating my final O's figure..........smiley-laughing021.gif.....coffee.gif

    2q8rsl3.jpg

    So, that would give me a SPUD + 0.7 O's for yesterday...

    Hi Oscar

At this time of year orientation (as long as generally southerly) doesn't make that much difference in clear sky conditions. As you have a decent full curve any change in orientation towards south would simply move the curve to the left on the graphic, moving the length of time when the panels aren't in direct sunlight from morning to evening, so effectively almost everyone would have suffered the same (at some point) from yesterday's clear skies ...

Total for the month - 561.24 kWh, 118% of PVGIS target... another month smashed. :)
