the limited edition your friend has is a uprgraded performance version of the standard upgraded suspension, turbo ECU software, alloys exhaust system, the manifold howe ever was kept the same design and spec, so there greater pressure on it from the standard VXR your going o have this problem again soono even with a newer one on it.
and newturboand manifold is way more than just £300-£400 inc VAT and labour. you could be looking in the £1200 range easily for new turbo for the "gring" edition.
i would be seeking a contirbution from VX head office, but if they remain stuck in thier seats, your going to have to falk out alot of dosh plus vat and labour to sort this problem out.0 -
