In that case park in one, as you are entitled. If the goons give you a ticket sue them and the CPO.

You just can never get a ticket when you want one, can you? Where are the goons when you need them?

The next time im in a morrisons i will ask at their customer services desk, where their disabled car parking spaces are, if they say in the blue badge spots then it should be a simple case of informing them that they say blue badge holders, what about those with no blue badge, but are entitled to reasonable adjustments for their disability under the equalities act??

Nice idea but I am sure you will get blank looks all round, and a reply to the effect that they don't know anything about it as there is a company that deals with the car parking....

Of course. What I am saying is that if the staff at your local Morrisons are as intelligent and knowledgeable as those at mine, (sarcasm!) it will be a somewhat meaningless conversation. This issue would have to be aimed far higher up the tree than the local customer services.

You will get the same blank looks and daft responses I got when I complained at Sainsburys about them touting a leaflet which claimed they could fine people.

Said leaflet seems to have disappeared though, in the end!
