  • Don't think they're daffs - is that a pod style thing on the top which look a bit like buds ... or are they actually buds? Don't think it's lemon grass though

    One of my clients bought me some daffodils this morning and they look identical to your pic. I'd definitely say dafs.

    They r not daffs they would not be fixed together at the bottom like that.
    Do they smell oniony?
    They look to me like onion stalks just before the flowe comes out of the top.

    I'd guess daffodils - don't cut off the top to check for lemongrass, cut a slice off the bottom. (You'd probably do this before putting daffs in water anyway) if there is no lemon smell then definitely daffs so remove the leaves before putting them in a vase.
