what? Two people on here posted (last year I think) that their new boss told them they were not allowed to leave the building or take a break.

I like the tuff talk, and your mentality, more power to your elbow. But what evidence and Knowledge can you offer to people to back up the tuff stance. I'm sure people will be interested to what makes you different from most people.

There is nothing other than the law is the law and a contract is legally binding and if that's not what I am getting in the workplace I would speak up regardless of having no one to back me.

Even my old boss said to me once 'I wish I could be more like you' to which I said 'you can be'.

Yes what proof do you have. For most people they dont get a choice on there contract. They have to put up with what they are offered. What job do you have, one does wonder.

Are you serious? You are saying you have no choice on your contract? LOL Do not talk rubbish. If a contract says you get one hour break, then you get one hour break. If your company do not allow you to take it more fool you etc

Like I say people who sit there and take all the !!!! deserve what they get like we're living in Victorian times with no rights!

I have no job at the moment actually as I was made redundant as the company was losing money and still are to my delight!
