    Depends if the employer has more money & influence than fairness.
    So you are saying the bigger the company, the less rights you have? You have ALL the rights as per your contract and the law and you should make sure you get them.

    I don't agree, you should speak up and put in a grievance. What would you do if you got short paid? Suck it up & say nothing?

    Right erm how can i answer this the best way. Right how much info is in your contract and how much is subject to change without your consent or notice. How much do you really understand and how much are you going to contest. How much backing are you going to get from other people even if they know the company is in the wrong. Are you going to risk rocking the boat.

    You ALL know if have been short paid! What I am saying is say you got £200 less you would let it go as the employer can do what they like and you wouldn't want to rock the boat now!

    Your hours are not subject to change with no notice unless the contract says it which I doubt it does and then still they have to give you 24 hours notice.

    Backing? Why would you need backing from anyone if it's your problem? No one backs you in the private sector it's each man (ok yeah or woman) for themselves :)
