I've managed to sort all this out and work out a way that my going to Uni will have a direct benefit for my son. I'm going to study medicine. How is this of benefit? Well since nobody can tell me what is actually wrong with his kidneys and I'm being left to monitor him myself, I better go and get educated on how to do it properly. Thus solving the whole issue.
    .

You are going to study medicine? Reading your posts, grammar and inability to spell many words, I can only say God help us all. Of course, there could be a bit of a Walter Mitty in you.

If you cannot understand a simple hire agreement and the implications imposed herein, you have no chance with medicine. I know you'll not want my two penneth, but if you rely on a car that you do not pay for, how on earth are you to afford THE most expensive course to study?

I sympathise with your situation, but read the agreement differently. Mind you I read the rules appertaining to the use of the blue badge different to all those caring relatives who "only nip to the bank for a minute".

You appear to want a fully subsidised car, yet cannot broach the initial reasons for use of the car.

As for the premise of supporting or benefiting a relative, the same argument could be levied for almost any scenario.

The danger you have and defining point shall be if anything happens and you find you were indeed not covered and open to the authorities being able to frame charges against you.

    Sounds just like my GP.

Sick of hearing that, people DO pay for a motorbility car, they give up their mobility componant for it, what they are ENTITLED to.
not all on benefits are scroungers and don't need to be bullied!

No, benefit is something you get from the tax payer. If no one paid tax, there would be no benefit. You don't have a magic bank account that you can draw from. No one takes benefit £1 for £1 what they put in. If you did many of us would have nothing left after a few months, or do you not understand simple economic of revenue v expenditure?

I am entitled should my house burn down to a theoretical £250K which would take me 700 years to pay into based on this years premium. Therefore I rely on other tax payers to pay into the pot I draw from.

Last time I looked it was UCAS (and the applied for Uni) that decided whether an applicant was suitable for a course - that decision is based on academic record rather than internet posts. Fees will be taken directly from her salary she goes back to work, like every other student. Her spelling/posts in general are fine and I don't understand why you're acting so superior when you lack the basic ability to arrange related points into paragraphs.

For Uni essays I spell and grammar check thoroughly (which is why I'm currently heading for a first class degree), internet posts however I tap out in 30 seconds, seeing as I have caring responsibilities, work and a Uni course to take care of. Some of us just can't sit around reading the Daily Mail all day. :)

excuse me, I have a differing opinion to you, that does not make me a troll. You sound like a kid in a playground shouting troll troll troll.

Because contrary to all the evidece supplied to you, the plain fact is you do not understand, or choose not to that the Motability LEASE scheme is just that and NOT free.

As you keep on com,ing back weith the same nonsense that even your beloved Daily mail has had to retrect on, i.e. "free" cars, you carry on sputing this nonsense which makes you either very thick, whioc I very much doubt or trolling.
So, yes, Troll alert every time you spout this horse pooh

Quite right in all but one thing. Some put more into the system than they take out, High rate taxpayers for example, with no kids or disabilities, probably put £2 in for every £0.50p they take out.

Those who choose to educate their children privatly pay the svchool fees and also pay for other childrens education through their tax.

Now again, those that are entitled by the DWP to claim the HRMC of the DLA can choose not to use it to lease a car from Motability leasing and in these cases it does go into their overall pot to be spent whichever way they choose, same as for Child benefit. this may be for a lease with an alternate lease company, taxi fares or running their own car, but as it comes from the overall bank pot you cannot say it is the taxpayer paying for their car, any more than the government can say Vehicle excise licence goes to pay for road repairs.

only a thicko would go around shouting troll troll troll to someone when they have a difference of opinion to them.
When your life is a mess, stop and think what you are doing before bringing more kids into it, it's not fair on them.

Are you talking about the new rules to qualify for a BB or something totally different?
  • No idea who Andy&Flo is...... I've also no idea why you are comparing me to a banned member

How do you know Andy & Flo are banned members?

Is this the same Andy that I have been accused of being?
