Well it does not matter now - I have called them yesterday & told them that I will pay the £35 (not £45) & I want to collect my lappy - still they won't let me collect it.

They wanted my debit card to pay them yesterday - me said nope me got no "debit card" or credit card me only pay CASH!

err.... hold on a minute .... 5 mins later err Madam, yes we will collect the cash from you on Monday after 4PM:eek::eek::eek:

me said : why can't I go & collect it now & pay. Errr.... our system won't let you do so - what a load of CRAP!!!!:mad:


OH went to Trading Standard - they checked their details - this company is registered in Leeds:mad::mad: but operated locally:mad::mad: I think they just sub-contracted to the "local" so call Engineers & they get % of the cost for the service they allocated to the sub contractors.

Its a friendly community stores ( will work hand in hand with Co-op):p not TROUTY/GRUMPY stores:p:p:p:p you can get that at your local existing Tekco. You don't need another one in your area.

'Cos I wasn't going near the store and hadn't eaten the corn till I got home I rang CS. Was told they would send me a bag to return the item. Kept it in my fridge for over a week :eek: and bag never arrived despite two phone calls. Letter then said no refund because haven't returned it to store, but they never told me to! Then tried to fob me off saying I had been given incorrect info and that the two people I had spoken to had left the company. I (fairly) politely told supervisor that their staffing issues were really of no interest or concern of mine!

OMG!!! they asking you to send it back!!! first I ever heard of:rotfl: surely not fastfood chain! They can't do that due to hygiene etc. I would have told them to shaft it up his or her ***:D
