Hello snowdrop;) yes its carpy month like the weather:D Actually I like the weather not too hot & not too cold.

Yes, I can't wait for Sept to arrive as by then I will be the latest millionaires & I will open stores next to TEKCO & nick their businesses by undercutting them:D:D and only employ young staff - all of you are welcome to my stores BUT - PLEASE NOTE MY STORES DO NOT AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SORT OF COUPONS EVEN THE GENUINE ONES FROM MANUFACTURER(S) (as we will have to pay valasis!!! time - can't afford it :p) - MY STORES WILL ONLY ACCEPT CASH . No CCTV or whatsoever - all customers will have to come in with just their undergarment or swimming suit also accepted:rotfl::rotfl:

Doesn't sound like my kind of store :D Will you be using facial recognition technology?:p

They are bang out of order with that yellow pages ad. It is misleading and an outright lie:mad::mad::mad::mad:
    Dr.Who-Who wrote: »
Yes they did:( (yellow pages : no fix, no fee, no call out charge) (the job sheet OH signed column 1 without reading  - Desc., taken away for further testing, quote to follow. 3 columns to complete :

column 1 - customer authorisation, I agree with the T&C (what T&C there isn't any) and give my authorisation to proceed with the repair work.

    Sign : Print; date.

column 2 - cancellation rights waiver, I wish to waive my cancellation rights ?? sign;print;date. ( I do not understand this column)

column 3 ; payment completion (Engineer & office use only) the customer has paid in full - sign.... Payment type*....

Well it does not matter now - I have called them yesterday & told them that I will pay the £35 (not £45) & I want to collect my lappy - still they won't let me collect it.

They wanted my debit card to pay them yesterday - me said nope me got no "debit card" or credit card :D me only pay CASH!

err.... hold on a minute .... 5 mins later err Madam, yes we will collect the cash from you on Monday after 4PM:eek::eek::eek:

me said : why can't I go & collect it now & pay. Errr.... our system won't let you do so - what a load of CRAP!!!!

OH went to Trading Standard - they checked their details - this company is registered in Leeds:mad::mad: but operated locally:mad::mad: I think they just sub-contracted to the "local" so call Engineers & they get % of the cost for the service they allocated to the sub contractors.

She wanted any MOC's that we won't use for above products. I have printed out the ones on SSM, hadn't thought to look to see if they are on BIS as well. I certainly won't be using Pampers :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:well not until I have grandchildren!

It makes no different BIS or SSM as it still directed you to SSM & we have to log in to print. Had to temporary call meself "Personalised coupon":D:D

re-KFC - both my stores are very good - if I ever complain I always get the next meal for free. GENUINE complains mine you:p

'Cos I wasn't going near the store and hadn't eaten the corn till I got home I rang CS. Was told they would send me a bag to return the item. Kept it in my fridge for over a week  and bag never arrived despite two phone calls. Letter then said no refund because haven't returned it to store, but they never told me to! Then tried to fob me off saying I had been given incorrect info and that the two people I had spoken to had left the company. I (fairly) politely told supervisor that their staffing issues were really of no interest or concern of mine!
