Aww cornishlady. Hugs to you. I found out last week 2 members of my tea have been taking the pee out of me behind my back. But my manager is taking them to task on thur in our team meeting and tell them they have to pull their weight. One had already threatened to walk. They can but there is nothing out there for them. I have a team of people who want work, so my priority will be them.
thank Aesop,i just wish if people have a problem with me or my work they came to me before the manager,i think i get on with this chap but its not the first time recently thats he gone behind my back ,on the whole i 've ben coping fine lately but it things like this that start getting me down ,i felt like phoning up this morning to try & get the meeting brought forward to sort it today but decided to leave it till tomorrow.i treat all the staff equally & dont expect any more from them than i'd do myself ,i did laugh to myself though as the boss said that when one of the other staff arrived she said 'hi alright ' he said 'you've missed the fireworks' & said abit about it to her ,& she told him to 'manup' & just get on with it lol . She had been working with me the day before & knew i'd been really busy & had still left everything ready for the next day .0 -
