morning all, hope your DD has had a good night FV ,it'll probably take a while before your DD feels like eating or doing very much ,it must be hard for you ,when our children are ill we would rather take their place than see them in pain .i agree that complan & even milkshakes, milk puds & pureed friut (tinned fruit like apricots puree up nicely)& as her appitite improves most veg /meat & gravy can be whizzed up .i worked in a care home for nearly 20 years & although it takes time pureeing things up individually is much nicer than doing it all together and she'll be able to taste the dif flavours.
SND hope your feeling ok ,i know your mum is youur No 1 concern but try & take time out for yourself as you need time to grieve for your dad as well
Feeling abit low myself this morning ,didnt sleep very well ,had a call from work yesterday, one of the other staff apparently had a bad day on Sunday(i wasnt there )but seems to hold me kinda responsable for expecting too much from him & not staffing the day correctly .My boss phone me quickly about something else which was fine & then said we needed a meetingon Wednesday when i 'm next in about a few things ,as i prefer to try & resolve issues as they arise i asked him to elaborate ,amittedly he wanted to leave it till i was next working but i wanted to know what the problem was . i told the situation as i saw it & i feel i my reasons were justified ,anyway will find out 2morrow whats what & how to resovle the problem .
right off for a shower before i walk the dogs ,beautiful weather again so going to get some freshair before i tackle the housework/mse

Morning all, beautiful and sunny here again today so more fun in the garden for us today.

FV been thinking about you and your poor little one. You could maybe try baby food like others have suggested. On plum baby fb page they are giving moc for free pouch and on the normal website 50p off (they are only 49p in mr t for some). Go for the dessert ones they are really nice all my kids pinch them given the chance. Also I have annabel karmel book which has loads of puree recipes would def recommend it or I could pm you couple recipes if you wanted. I know they are meant to be for babies but that means they are high in iron/nutrients etc. there is a really nice red lentil and sweet potato one which we convert to soup, yum

Hope everyone else doing well and enjoying the summer at last.

Aww cornishlady. Hugs to you. I found out last week 2 members of my tea have been taking the pee out of me behind my back. But my manager is taking them to task on thur in our team meeting and tell them they have to pull their weight. One had already threatened to walk. They can but there is nothing out there for them. I have a team of people who want work, so my priority will be them.
