:hello::hello:Good Morning. I've been a bit busy the last few days, but will hopefully catch up on things later in the week. I hope everyone and their families are ok and enjoying the heat. I would rather be cold than hot and think the sun is only good for drying washing:cool:

I noticed a couple of things around which may be of use to some of my pals;)

Morning all....Blue , get using that sunscreen you have got stashed, it does not last forever, check the use by date....otherwise it won't give you proper protection....
Excuse typing errors , I am struggling this morning.....
Yesterday I slipped and put my hand out to stop me falling, hit my ring finger really hard on the wall.It hurt all day , but as I could bend it, don't think it is broken, but, during the day it hurt if I knocked it back.I thought it might stop me from sleeping, so I bandaged it together with my middle finger to support it(iyswim), have done this many times over the years( bandaged 2 fingers together)Woke up this morning and both fingers were really hurting, took the bandage off and during the night, the heat created has blistered both fingers where they were touching ,almost all the length of both fingers....blooming well hurts like mad, the bandage was not tight, just supportive......this has never happened before....now have got one very badly bruised finger and 2 badly blistered fingers.....not a happy bunny at all !!!!!

Morning all. Will try and catch up later. Just got emergency appointment at osteopath at 9.45 as done something to my back this morning when changing the bed! Now can't move, can't bend down or to the side, struggling to even sit down. :( I am not a person to suffer with back problems, so no idea what has happened.
Thought I was having a good day as up early and loads of housework done, :jas I thought, before it gets too warm, but no sunshine here at all today. :( Now me thinks I should have stayed in bed.
