    hi BP
did you get your box back yet;);)

So that is what it is!!! I am having a big pow wow with the post office. They tried to deliver a package last Monday when I was at work and left a sorry you were out card. I ordered redelivery online on Thursday and they didn't deliver:mad: So I have rattled off about 10 complaints and they said it takes 3 days to investigate :mad:so I am still waiting to hear from them:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    THANK YOU MT

I will thank you again properly when I get the parcel.

    Response from Post office:

    Dear BP

Thank you for your email regarding a redelivery request.

The details of your enquiry have been recorded against the reference number ********* and we are now reviewing the concerns you have raised. I am sorry that you are unhappy this is taking longer than you would like.

In order to resolve your enquiry, I have forwarded your email to the relevant customer service advisor who will contact you directly once their enquiries are complete.

    Regards

    Customer Service Advisor

    ....................

We stopped in Derby on the way there and couldn't believe how lovely the town was. For some reason I thought Derby was a crappy town, but it is a bit like York with all the little shops and lovely buildings. Stopping in Derby was thanks to Aesop letting me know where the nearest Weatherspoons was on my travels:beer:
