thought i'd get a quick thanks off to you both before going to bed

unfortunately not a mechcanic, would come in handy

DS is doing carpet fitting/ flooring apprenticeship
other DS is training to be a panel wirer (wiring control panels) should be qualified by early next year:D

very thankful that they've both found something as its not easy these days. bonus is they both enjoy the work they are doing too.

now wondering re: car / needing a mechanic, wonder if i could pursued DD to train as one

Goodnight MT. Congrats on your son getting an apprenticeship. What is it, a mechanic in the family might be good with the recent car troubles you have been having;)

I'm praising the place :p:p It was the Standing Order, which was a lovely pub. Was that you in the corner with a half and a stack of newspapers:eek::eek:

Not been there for a couple years or so.

Babington Arms is a little nearer and usually it's easier to park - unless I go on the MP3 then there's never a problem. (Depends on the WEATHER WHETHER WETHERspoons is a bike ride or not) :rotfl:

Also it's almost next door to the Sitwell Arms - occasional live rock bands but always loud rock music playing, a few Hell's :A :A and a fair selection of Rock Chicks
