You could have several around the garden - possibly easier to site them and ultimately collect multiple runoffs (roof front & back, garage, shed) and to then use the contents "locally"

or how about the 1520 litre ROTO ?
OK a bit "expensive" in comparison but I'm sure you could dig a hole and bury it - need a small pump but that's a minor issue.

Yes you're right, I did look at the barrels but I have a spot in the garden next to the shed which is well hidden so I thought the square one would be best suited. Just don't know anyone who has tried this before.

I finally rang virgin media up today and am getting the new tivo box, 10 mb more broadband speed and cheaper. This is my deal,

£29.90 M phone, M+ TV, 30 Mb broadband and Tivo.

which at £20 a month cheaper than I am paying now for less broadband and a crappy box seems good.
