Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

Hi guys, the other half wants her phone unlocking and its a nokia 6101.

I know theres a couple of sites out there that will generate the codes for free and I've looked on unlockme and down the bottom it says the 6101 can be unlocked but then on the software versions page it isn't listed so I can't even tell if its DCT3 or 4.

Even the sites where you pay for it didn't seem to have the phone in their lists which confused me.

I'm guess the 6101 is a slight variation on another model (like 6100 say-although I don't think it could be that cus it looks nothing like hers) so should i follow the instructions for that?

Any help appreciated,

Ooo someone else with a 6101, if there is an answer to it can you let me which software/site was used to generate it. If it's a secret then ill post IMIE number but would rather do it myself for leaning experience more than anything!
