Yes vodafone can unlock it and they charge the lease amount to unlock them out of all the networks, there prices are between £15 and £20

Phone them up and ask for the unlocking code, they will ask for your phones IMEI number and then you pay them the amount which gets put onto your vodafone sim card as credit. If the phone is a contract phone then they wont give you the code until your contract has ended.

Hi kate try this code, #pw+384 996 004 221 700+7# only try it once as the 6111 are the tricky ones to unlock they dont always work with the free code so let me know after 1 try.
