I'm sparkling from North Staffordshire though haven't sparkled much yet this morning! I have the rest of the day ahead of me though. Thanks folks for the messages of support on the swimming. I'll keep trying a bit more each week.0 -

I am attempting the couch to 5k, as I am doing the race for life, I usually do it in about 55 minutes, fast walking but would like to take a bit of time off that.
I do 2-3 miles generally in the mornings sometimes more at weekends.
I'm using theadidas micoach app so the runs are only 20-30 mins which fits nicely.
Well done for doing the 5k. are you finding it much easier? :T
Enjoy the sparkly weekend everyone. and the chocolate which I am about to go on a hunt for :EasterBun0 -

Hi folks. I'm going to join in with you as I am a disgrace. I have already started with the healthy eating but I am sitting here in jogging trousers and an old t-shirt which have bleach stains on them. My hair needs washed, I need defuzzed painted and pampered and tbh I deserve to be I just never make time for myself. So starting now I am going to start attending to myself and just make my surroundings etc much more sparkly and more of the type of environment that my kids and I deserve. So count me in5 Year plan. Hi folks. I used mega moisturiser on my feet last night and they are much, much better already. I used moisturiser after my shower today as well which is the first in years I have bothered. I smell lovely and my skin feels fab
.
I've asked DD to tidy my brows tonight and give me a quick manicure but will have to ait until her BF goes home. I am unforunately suffering from rosacea just now and my face is red in patches so I am using antibiotic cream to help with that and am hoping it will get better soon. Not quite feeling fab yet but definitely on my way

I'm sparkling from Wales
But I'm back home in Notts atm which is nice.
Well I've had a good couple of weeks as I've worked out twice a week with a swim in between. I'm proud as I've never really bothered before. I also discovered I can't really swim anymoreI basically haven't been in a pool for 20 years because I'm a bit funny about being in the water with other people. But I finally got over myself and took the plunge :P and discovered that I'm crp at swimming! So I'm going to have over come my pride now and take some swimming lessons. Who said that getting fit was easy? Well no one I guess, ha ha
But I'm loving working out. I'm going to up it to three times a week as soon as I'm back, it's great feeling that I'm achieving something. Now just to stop eating so much...
Nice to hear that you are all keeping up the pamperingx
